1. Ticket Purchase and Access

  • Tickets must be purchased via the official channels provided by Maxx Marketing. No other sales channels are authorised.

  • Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation acts as your ticket.

  • You must present your ticket (digital or printed) and valid ID, if requested, for entry. Maxx Marketing reserves the right to deny entry if proper identification or ticket proof is not presented.

2. Refunds and Transfers

  • Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, or failure to attend.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at any time prior to the event via your ticket portal. No approval is required from Maxx Marketing.

  • In the event of cancellation by Maxx Marketing, a full refund will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

  • If the event is rescheduled (e.g. due to COVID-19 or other unavoidable circumstances), your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. No additional fees will apply.

  • If government-mandated isolation or other unforeseen personal circumstances prevent your attendance, you may onsell or gift your ticket privately. You are responsible for updating the attendee details via the ticket portal.

  • Maxx Marketing reserves the right to alter the event schedule, speakers, sessions or content at any time without notice. All reasonable efforts will be made to deliver a high-value event experience.

  • You are responsible for your own accommodation, transport and expenses related to attending the event.

  • The event will be held at Hilton Sydney, and the VIP Dinner will be hosted at Chin Chin Sydney.

  • Both venues are licensed. All attendees must comply with the venue’s house rules. Anyone intoxicated, disruptive or violating venue policy may be removed without refund.

4. Photography, Media & Content Use

  • By attending, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or recorded during the event. These materials may be used by Maxx Marketing for promotional, marketing and educational purposes across digital and print platforms.

  • If you do not wish to be featured in media, you must advise us in writing prior to the event by emailing admin@maxxmarketing.com.au.

  • Event content, speaker slides and resources remain the intellectual property of Maxx Marketing or the presenter. Sharing, recording or reproducing without permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Participation in the Event is at your own risk. Maxx Marketing is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to belongings during the Event.

  • Maxx Marketing is not responsible for delays, interruptions or cancellations caused by factors outside its reasonable control (including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, transport issues or acts of government).

  • You agree to indemnify Maxx Marketing, its directors, staff and contractors from any liability, loss or expense arising from your attendance, including personal injury or damages caused by your own actions.

7. Privacy

  • Any personal information collected for event registration or communication will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
