Do you offer payment plans?
Yes!
We have buy now, pay later options at checkout, such as Afterpay or Humm.
We also offer easy to manage weekly, fortnightly or monthly direct debits.
By purchasing via payment plan, you are committing to paying the entire ticket price. In the event that your payment plan is cancelled due to failed debit attempts, you will be invoiced in full for the remaining balance.
What is the early bird price?
Save $100 on any ticket purchase.
Early bird pricing is only valid on ticket purchases between 26th May 2024 - 2nd June 2024.
If purchasing via a payment plan, the discount will only apply to the first instalment.
Will there be opportunities to ask questions and interact with the speakers?
Yes, at the end of each presentation, there will be an allocated time for questions with the speaker. This is your opportunity to ask questions specific to your business and get direct feedback from our experts.
I'm going with friends - can we sit together?
Absolutely! As long as you and your friend(s) have the same ticket tips.
VIP guests do have reserved priority seating.
General admission can choose their seat upon entering the conference.
What should I bring to the conference?
To be honest... just yourself!
We will supply you with a pen and notebook, plus all of your food and beverages (tea, coffee, water) are included.
What is the dress code?
Whatever you fancy!
As you will be sitting a lot throughout the day, we want you to be comfortable!
Can I upgrade to a VIP ticket after purchasing a General Admission ticket?
Yes absolutely! Please email admin@maxxmarketing.com.au with your original order number and we can arrange the upgrade for you.
I can no longer attend! Are tickets refundable?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on tickets. All purchases are final.
You are welcome to onsell your ticket privately. You can transfer your ticket from the original ticket email you receive, but if you need further assistance, please email us.
Please just ensure any dietary requirements are advised by the purchaser.
Can I stay at Joondalup Resort?
Yes you can.
Joondalup Resort offers onsite accommodation.
Accommodation is not included within your ticket price and will need to be booked separately with the resort.
All attendees receive a discount code for accommodation which will be emailed to you post-purchase.
