I think a lot of women from childhood feel like there is this competition, a competition for attention. I think with the onslaught of social media, a lot of women feel as though they are under a spotlight. There is pressure to look your best, to be the smartest and the most accomplished. I mean, who doesn’t like looking at pretty photos of faraway places, food that makes you drool a little and endless possibilities of things I do not need to buy! But the best thing about all the accounts I follow? They have an Instagram niche.

When you’re in the throws of being soooo excited about your shiny new business and the new life you’re creating for yourself it’s easy to assume that your friends and loved ones will be super happy for you and super supportive. ⁣⁣
