Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We have buy now, pay later options at checkout, such as Afterpay.
We also offer easy to manage weekly or monthly direct debits. 

By purchasing via payment plan, you are committing to paying the entire ticket price. In the event that your payment plan is cancelled due to failed debit attempts, you will be invoiced in full for the remaining balance.

What’s the dress code?

For the conference, think smart casual something you feel confident and comfortable in. 

For the gala, it's your time to shine. Cocktail or evening wear encouraged.

 

Can I upgrade to VIP after I’ve already purchased a general ticket?

As long as there are spots left, yes. Just get in touch and we’ll sort it for you.

Will there be time to ask questions during the sessions at the conference?

Yes. There are Q&A sessions built into the schedule so you can get direct answers from the speakers.

 

What should I bring to the conference?

Just yourself, your workbook (provided on the day), and anything else you need to feel prepped. We’ll handle the rest.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else.

What if I don’t own a business?

No business? No problem. This event is just as much about personal growth, meaningful connection, and being in a room that feels good. 

 

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, we’ve got you covered. You’ll be able to let us know your dietary needs at checkout.

Is accommodation included in the ticket?

No, but we’ve secured a discounted rate at Hilton Sydney for festival guests. Details will be shared after booking.

I am coming alone, is that okay?

Absolutely! We are well known for our events being super supportive, warm and encouraging. You will come alone but leave with lifelong friends.

How do I make sure I can sit with my friend?

Only table of 10s and VIP ticket holders have reserved seating. All other tables are 'first in best dressed' - so if you want to sit with a friend, we recommend arriving early to pick your spot.
